After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our warehouse team packs and hands it over to our logistics partner within 1-2 business days.
3. Estimated Delivery Window
Most orders reach customers within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation. This can shift slightly based on your city, local courier reach, and seasonal demand.
4. Cash on Delivery Option
Prefer to pay when it arrives? We support Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. Note that COD orders go through a short verification check, which may add a little extra time before dispatch.
5. Pin Code Coverage
Our courier network covers the vast majority of Indian pin codes. If, for some reason, your location can’t be serviced, our team will reach out proactively to either offer an alternative arrangement or process a complete refund.
6. Tracking Your Shipment
The moment your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS and email so you always know where your order stands.
7. In Case of Unexpected Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — heavy rain, festival rush, courier disruptions — can push delivery back by a day or two. We appreciate your understanding when this happens.
8. Received a Damaged Item or Order Missing?
Get in touch with our support team within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Share your order number along with a photo of the item, and we’ll resolve it quickly in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.
